Title closing on Cayman Islands properties

Acting on behalf of a Purchaser or Vendor in the purchase or sale of property including the preparation of pre-contract enquiries as well as receiving or preparing the Contract for Purchase or Sale, attending to the completion of the purchase or sale and obtaining or preparing all such documents as will fully vest or transfer the legal and unencumbered title of the property.

Conveyancing through corporate entities

In the event that property is to be purchased or sold through a Cayman Islands registered company, we can assist with contract negotiations, preparing or obtaining all relevant legal documents as will fully vest the legal and unencumbered title of the property into the name of the company / from the name of the company, if necessary attending closing, obtaining and registering all relevant documents.

Assistance with obtaining financing

In the event that the Purchaser requires financing for the purchase of the property we can assist with the preparation of loan applications for banks or other financial institutions recommended by us or chosen by the company.

Preparation of security documentation

Preparation of all security documents required to secure a loan being made by a locally licensed Bank or other financial institution or private individual, including preparation of a First Legal Charge, Debenture, Loan Agreement in accordance with a Letter of Offer, rendering an opinion in relation to the title to any property being offered by way of security, preparing a Stay of Registration and a Completion Statement, registering all documentation with the relevant Government Department and liaising with all parties involved in the transaction.


Advising investors on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate investment including setting up of an appropriate investment vehicle, funding, acquisition and disposal.

Landlord & tenant

Advising both landlords and tenants in respect of leasehold matters including the preparation and negotiation of residential and commercial leases.


Advising on planning issues in development and conveyancing transactions including dealing with local planning authorities and representing clients at planning hearings and appeals.


Advising both local and international developers and institutions on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate development from inception to completion including advice on land acquisitions, planning matters, construction contracts, licensing, sales and leasing.
